It’s common knowledge that Zack Snyder discovered the Israeli actress and cast her in the role for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. After seeing her in costume, Snyder knew she was the perfect fit for Diana. He recently shared on his Vevo account the photo that convinced him Gadot was his Wonder Woman. The picture was taken on the first day they met, and even though she didn’t know it at the time, Snyder had already made up his mind about casting her. Gadot posted the same photo on her Instagram and reflected on the moment, thanking Snyder for believing in her abilities to be a superhero.
