Despite being best-known for her superhero prowess, Gal is also a super mom, as evidenced by the adorable photo she posted featuring one of her daughters. Gal posted a picture on Instagram of herself taking a break from her workout with her daughter lying next to her on a yoga mat. To stay in shape for her superhero roles, Gal’s workout routine includes intense Marvel workouts for two hours each day. Her trainer, Magnus Lygdback, designs different workouts to target specific body parts to ensure proper recovery time.

Gal underwent high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions on an assault bike and treadmill, with some abs exercises at the end of each day. Her trainer, Lygdback, also helped her design a diet plan that would fuel her throughout the day, even during six hours of training. To keep her energy levels up, Gal consumed three meals and two snacks daily, with a focus on whole foods, protein, complex carbohydrates, vegetables, and healthy fats. High-glycemic carbs were avoided, such as white bread. For breakfast, she might have had poached eggs with quinoa, tomato, and avocado. Her morning snack typically consisted of a small salad made with tomatoes, seeds, and cured meats. Lunch usually comprised grilled fish like tuna paired with grilled bok choy, pickled radishes, baby broccoli, and peppers.

Gal’s midday refreshment can consist of a different kind of salad, which is prepared with grilled mackerel, seeds, and guacamole. She indulges in a lavish dinner that includes steak, kale, kimchi, and wild rice. Gal’s workout regimen is more laid-back when she isn’t shooting. “During my non-working days, I prefer paddleboarding and TRX,” she disclosed to Harper’s Bazaar.
